HOW WE WORK
Proven Process

Enquiry Received
Customer enquiry received via email, phone, followed by collection of key details. Information gathered includes product type and dimensions, weight, destination (domestic/export), and mode of transport (road/sea/air).

Technical Review
Assess product sensitivity (fragile, heavy, ODC) and inspect the customer site for on-site packing needs. Finalize packing method, materials, and safety requirements to ensure secure handling, transit protection and compliance. Document the same for costing department.

Packing Approval
Client reviews the packing drawing, cost, material specifications, and ISPM-15/fumigation compliance, and provides written or email approval. Upon approval, the packing schedule is confirmed for execution.

Production with Compliances
Select ISPM-15 compliant timber for export-grade packing. Arrange required hardware, fasteners, and packing accessories to ensure durability, and compliance for timely packing execution.

Primary Packing
Cleaning the equipment, wrapping it with air bubble sheets, securing with stretch film, lashing to the pallet, and providing proper blocking and bracing to prevent movement during handling and transit.

Final Packing
Side panels and top lid fixed securely, with shrink wrap or HDPE cover added if required. Shock and tilt indicators applied, and all necessary markings and labels completed for safe handling, identification, and transport.

Inspection & Dispatch
Packing integrity checked for export compliance and inspection if needed. Safe loading on trailer or container done with proper lashing and chocking, and dispatch documents shared with the customer for smooth transit and delivery.
